It’s time again for our annual awards banquet and dinner. We hope everyone can come and have a good time. The dinner is scheduled for Saturday, March 13th at the Tiffin Amvets, Tiffin, Ohio located at 1909 South State Route 100, (see enclosed map). This years selections are Prime Rib for $19.00 and Chicken Cordon Bleu for $14.00, red skin potatoes, green beans, rolls, salad & dessert. The price includes tax and tip.

The bar will open at 6:30 PM for refreshments, dinner at 7:00 PM. We will begin the festivities around 8:00PM. Please RSVP your reservation sheet below to Brenda:

 Camping:             Harry Hughes Equestrian Center, 5563 Waterville-Swanton Rd. St. Rt. 64.

 Food:                    There will be food available from Friends of Van Buren St. Park.

 Terrain:                Lots and lots of Sand a few bridges and a little more sand. Mostly two track trail.

 Vet-In:                  Beginning at approximately 3:00 p.m. Friday. Ride will begin at 8:00 a.m. sharp.

 Awards:               First thru 6^th weight divisions and Jr’s.  Grand & Reserve 25/50 & 25.                                 Novice first thru 10^th.  Awards for all completions. Best of Breeds.

 Directions:            Harry Hughes is located on St. Rt. 64 in Swanton Ohio at Oak Openings Park.

                             About 2 miles south of 20A.

 Rules:                             All riders must follow marked trail and stay mounted during all forward motion.

                             Ride will follow OAATS rules at: www.oaats.org

Entry Fees:           Send entry’s to the Ride Secretary, make checks payable to FVBSP Inc.

25 miles = $50.00          Jr. 25 miles = $25.00

                             50 miles = $80.00          Jr. 50 miles = $40.00

                             12 mile Novice = $25.00  Jr. Novice = $12.50

                             There will be a $5.00 grounds fee per day per rig.
